<p>The National Peacekeeping Committee issued the 5th announcement annulling the 2007 constitution, ending the caretaker cabinet but still leaving senators, courts and independent agencies functioning.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Section 2 in the constitution regarding the monarchy was also not nullified.&nbsp;</p>
