<p>Korakot Phiangjai introduces Siam Theerawut, a political refugee who was reportedly arrested along with two other refugees, including famous underground radio host "Uncle Sanam Luang," and extradited from Vietnam to Bangkok. Neither the Thai nor Vietnamese authorities have acknowledged their arrest or extradition. </p>

<p>Siam Theerawut’s mother went to the Embassy of Vietnam in Bangkok this afternoon (13 May) to file a request to the Vietnamese authorities to disclose information on her son’s disappearance.</p>

<p>After reports surfaced on Thursday (9 May) of the disappearance of three activists in exile in Vietnam, both Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International have expressed their concerns over the activists’ safety and called on the Thai government to disclose information about their whereabouts.</p>
