On Tuesday (10 February), a protest took place in front of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) to demand that the Election Commission order a vote recount in all constituency.

The protest was called by the student activist group United Front of Thammasat and Demonstration due to concerns about election fraud as abnormalities were reported during the voting process, raising concerns of fraud. Around a hundred people participated, holding signs demanding a vote recount across the country.

The protest came after the one in Chunburi's Constituency 1, where protesters are still gathering in a badminton court where ballots are being kept to demand a recount over concerns of an election fraud as many abnormalities were noted during the vote counting process. In some polling stations, there were more votes than the number of ballots. In others, polling officials continued to count votes despite a power outage, raising concerns about fraud because observers could not see the ballots as they were being counted. At the badminton court, it was also found that ballot boxes were not sealed properly as they were not sealed with ECT-issued cable ties. Meanwhile, ballot count sheets were found in the trash.

Protests also broke out in other provinces demanding a recount as abnormalities during the voting process caused concerns about an election fraud, such as in Pathumthani, Maha Sarakham, Ubon Ratchathani, Chanthaburi, Lampang, and Suphan Buri.
