<p>From 9.00 &ndash; 17.00 for the past three days, activists and members of the public stood in front of the UN headquarters in Bangkok to protest against the denial of bail for detained activists and to demand that UN agencies pay attention to the Thai authorities&rsquo; violation of civil and political rights.</p>

<p>The Constitutional Court has denied a request to copy several documents used as evidence in the ruling that protesters&rsquo; calls for monarchy reform is treasonous, claiming national security, says <a href="https://tlhr2014.com/archives/38968">Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR).</a></p>

<p>Thai artists are joining the online campaign &ldquo;#DrawTheJustice&rdquo; to protest against the unfair judicial process and for political activists currently facing charges or detained pending trial to be granted justice.</p>

<p>22 people facing charges relating to the protests on 19 &ndash; 20 September 2020, including 7 protest leaders facing lèse majesté charges, have withdrawn their legal representation in protest at court measures and treatment by prison officials which deny them the right to a fair and open trial. &nbsp;</p>
