Following a new announcement from the Alcohol Control Committee, purchase of alcoholic beverage is now allowed from 11.00 – midnight nationwide on a 180-day trial basis.
The announcement was published in the Royal Gazette yesterday (2 December) and took effect today (3 December). It revised the permitted alcohol sales hour so that the sale of alcoholic beverage is now allowed between 11.00 – 14.00 and 17.00 – midnight, with the 14.00 – 17.00 window allowed on a 180-day trial basis.
