The TLHR said that the Court allowed bail on a 30,000 baht bond. Hin was released after spending a month at the Bangkok Juvenile Observation and Protection Centre.

Hin was apprehended in the middle of the night on 24 March 2023 subject to a warrant issued by the Central Juvenile and Family Court for “being in possession of an explosive and causing an explosion”. The police asked the court the following day to issue a detention order.

Having been denied bail several times, Hin missed the opportunity to graduate from high school and to enter a university this year as he wishes.
