Rajabhat Universities across Thailand and Suan Dusit University (former Rajabhat Suan Dusit) “are making an allowance” for transgender students to wear uniforms that align with their gender identity at graduation ceremonies, as a result of a petition submitted by transgender activist Jirapat Trongjitraksa.
