<p>A Thai police officer has filed an additional criminal defamation charge against an embattled defence lawyer.</p>

<p>The authorities have transferred a Bike for Dad plot suspect to a remand facility on a military base after the junta’s legal office filed charges against him under the lèse majesté law.</p>

<p>The Thai junta’s law officers have filed a criminal defamation complaint against the lawyer of a Bike for Dad plot suspect while the lawyer alleged that the authorities intimidated her and pressured her client to change his attorney.</p>

<p>A suspect in a thwarted terrorist plot around the Bike for Dad event has denied police claims that he was involved in planning the plot from prison.</p>
