<p>On 22 November, 9 activists were found guilty of contempt of court and sentenced to 10 days in jail by the Thanyaburi Provincial Court according to <a href="https://twitter.com/TLHR2014/status/1462710258921459715?s=20&amp;fbclid=IwAR3yIk0ulYG2F-JCukzkyYytagU2Jx_SKu76NyD7WworAbX8uHMukYnWTv4">Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR)</a>. 3 of the activists are already in jail pending trial on other charges.</p>

<p>Thai Lawyers for Human Rights has reported that the Court of Appeal has allowed bail requests on behalf of Sirichai Natueng, Panadda Sirimasakul and Sam Samat, while rejecting those for 5 others detained for similar offences, citing a previous court ruling that they are likely to repeat violations of the law.</p>

<p><a href="http://tlhr2014.com/archives/33655">Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR)</a> reports that the Courts have denied bail requests from 10 individuals held for participating in recent protests.&nbsp; The courts contend that all ten are likely to violate the law and cause further disorder, if released.</p>
