An intellectually disabled 19-year-old protester has received a summons from the police in Phatthalung to answer a royal defamation charge.

<p>A protest took place in front of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) on Thursday (10 December), which addressed issues of the rights of people with disabilities, including the right to receive state welfare.</p>
