<p>A Ramkhamhaeng University student has been sentenced to prison on royal defamation charges for allegedly sharing Facebook posts containing misinformation about the King’s health and is currently detained at Bangkok Remand Prison while his bail request is forwarded to the Appeal Court.</p>
