<p>A Ramkhamhaeng University student has been sentenced to prison on royal defamation charges for allegedly sharing Facebook posts containing misinformation about the King&rsquo;s health and is currently detained at Bangkok Remand Prison while his bail request is forwarded to the Appeal Court.</p>
