<p>Jomtien Hospital and Bangkok Hospital Rayong have announced the dismissal of Dr Saravin Thongrong for &ldquo;inappropriate behaviour against the rules of the company&rdquo; after his comments on the late King Bhumibol surfaced on the internet.
