Daranee Charnchoengsilpakul has again been denied bail.
On 17 Feb, lawyer Prawase Praphanukul and her brother Kittichai submitted a bail request to the Criminal Court with one million baht in cash as guarantee.
The court dismissed the request, saying that her offences carry severe penalties and tarnish the revered monarchy and she might flee.
The lawyer will appeal for bail again soon.
